How do i subscribe for the cancellation insurance for my holidays?

​

You can suscribe at the moment you make the booking, you just need to click on the “Cancellation insurance” option on our website. 

If you book by email or by phone at +34 971 33 85 25 please ask the receptionist.

​

The amount of the insurance corresponds to 2,9% of the amount of your stay.

​

You will receive then your insurance certificate from “Gritchen Assurance – Campez Couvert” directly on  your email within ten days.

How to use the cancellation insurance in case of cancellation of my stay ?

​

If you need to cancel your stay, you need to :

1- Contact the camping la playa by email at campinglaplayaibiza@gmail.com

2- Contact the Insurance company within 10 days ( conecting to their website www.campez-couvert.com/sinistre , sending an email to sinistres@campez-couvert.com or directly on the application SAFEBOOKING) 

3- Provide proof of impossibility to come (doctor’s mail, employer’s certificate..) and your IBAN.
